Efficere is the latin root for the word “Efficacious” and it means to accomplish and bring about, and to do something right. We believe in completing our projects efficiently and correctly. We have a decade’s worth of experience in designing and fabricating parts, equipment, and processes for the hot rolling of steel.

Our experience ranges from design of parts and equipment such as wear parts, bellmouths, static and roller guide equipment, casting patterns, safeguards, custom made lock nuts and pre-tensioning “super nuts”, to troubleshooting and programming of machinery and robotics. We offer a variety of consulting services in engineering design, process design and optimization, root cause failure analysis, load calculations, and project management. Whether you want to create a new part or product, reverse engineer existing part, repair your equipment, implement new machinery and technologies, make your operations standardize or more safe, we can help. Our team members and partners consist of engineers (P.Eng.) and machinists who have expertise in machining and fabricating parts, design of scaffolding, masonry, and formwork, and a variety of other areas for manufacturing and construction industries.
